Prashant Bhusan got thrashed: A third view

12th of october,2011, in his supreme court chamber Mr. Prashant Bhusan a very eminent person now days esp. after Mr. Anna Hazare fast in which he is one of the core committee member got beaten  by three persons who they call themselves as from Bhagat Singh kranti sena later highlighted as ex members of Ram Sena.

Issue: Mr. Bhusan commented on kashmir 2 weeks ago which agitated them as who is he to say that  if kashmir people don’t want to be part of India than let them be free.
Everywhere in politics, in media, among so many people who support him blindly they said it’s an act of cowardness and the height of in-tolerance, everybody condemned it. Now what’s the third view inside-

Mr. Prashant Bhusan is not one of ideal common man of India esp. after his participation in a national fast conducted recently in Ramlila Maidan, as what common man says nobody listens and if somebody listen him at all, it is supposed to barking which can't be taken as serious. So if he chose to speak about kashmir he should be very sensible while speaking. His statements could rock somebody which happened and he was thrashed.

Is really he said something fishy. The fact is that his statements claims that till now our soldiers who fought out there lives to save Kashmir as an Indian part, wasted themselves which could have been done just by asking people. Isn't it a mockery of our soldiers, has he ever been in a war situation. Just after two three slaps and some kicks he started shouting against violence on him. Send him to for agitation near indo-pak borders and he will find his answers.

Secondly, it’s really strange why he always wants referendum everywhere. From the day he became camera material, he keep on repeating the word "referendum". Is it a joke or what? He believes in this so much that he even says that votes given by citizens of India is biased as voters give votes to those candidates who distributes money, alcohol etc. but how he can claim that referendum will not be biased.

Third, everyone knows that most people of kashmir don't consider themselves as a integral part of our country. This statement might strengthen so many eye-brows but it’s a bitter truth which definitely can't be spoken publicly. They want to create their own third world where no one can question them. So many incidents are there which need not to be highlighted and government has failed to solve this issue strictly simply because of their vote bank. Therefore whatever measures our forces take to just keep kashmir within reach of India, nobody can question that.

Our constitution provided us the right to speak which becomes more powerful when u shed idle indian common man tag, need to exercise carefully, as you cannot speak anything you like otherwise it will result in a eye catching yet condemnable visuals.

I was really angry with those three persons who really did an unthoughtful act. Most importantly they attempted to spoil the name Bhagat Singh who is a national hero of all time. They tried to compare his heroics by their cheap show which was really disgusting, showing that they got used by someone else. Their idea may be right to show their anger but conduct was cheap. I hope from next time a better planned legal attack will take place.

What could have happened ?

It would be really nice to see a person must have filed complained against Prashant Bhusan in a police station and police must have shown their tricks which would have set an example to those who are planning  to speak in such a fashion.
