Renault Duster 4×4 Review: It all depends on pricing

The long awaited Renault Duster 4×4 is almost there to be launched for masses. As the launch date and pricing of new Renault Duster 4×4 is coming close let us find out how it feels to be on it.

Exterior:
Renault Duster 4x4 ReviewThe all new Renault Duster AWD is almost same. The only difference is blackened out headlights, new steel alloys and decals running on the sides at the bottom of doors. You might feel disappointed as some more refreshment was expected, perhaps a more radicalised makeover.

Interior:

Renault Duster 4x4 ReviewRenault has tried to make your mood by adding more elements to the inside of new Duster AWD. Now your will be greeted by grey and red toned interior, new three pod instrument cluster, new steering wheel and the centre console from adventure edition of Duster. There is also a touchscreen system on offer in the top model which is good to have.

We were hoping an improved plastic quality but nothing is changed in that regard. As far as the feel is concerned; it definitely gives you a new refreshing and airy feel due to light colour but not sporty.

Interior Space and ergonomics:

Space has never been an issue with duster. Right from its launch Renault Duster has been focused in being 5-seater max and a huge 475 litre boot space at the rear. The new Duster AWD too carried the same space.

There were few issues with its ergonomics which it still carries with it. We wonder whether Renault does not take feed backs from its customers or do not care about them. There is a definite need of dead pedal and some more space beside clutch.
While OVRMs are still underneath hand brake and are not as convenient to operate.

All in all we were happy to have whatever refreshment we got.

Engine and mechanicals:

Now come the real change which makes it an all new Duster AWD. The 1.5L diesel engine remains the same with 110PS of power and 248Nm of torque but other than this we got whole lots of new things.
